How We Use AI

Even if you like AI and you use it in your work, you’re probably sick of hearing about it. And yet none of us can live without it, if we’re being honest.

So, how does SettleWise use AI?🔗

The answer is simple. Primarily, we use AI for operations through our title production system, Qualia. Among other things, Qualia helps us process our search packages into title commitments. It also helps our staff process payoffs. When we obtain a payoffs from a lender, we submit it through Qualia Clear, the platform’s onboard AI assistant. Qualia Clear adds the payoff information into the file, which saves our team lots of time.

SettleWise also leverages Qualia for task management and productivity. To cite just one example, we use Qualia Clear to read attachments from incoming emails and add those items into a file. That way, no important files ever get lost due to human error.

By now, we all know AI is everywhere. It’s not if you use it, but how. And just like with everywhere else, SettleWise aims to use our tools in the most intelligent and efficient ways to empower our small business.
