Recording fees are uniform throughout the state of Oklahoma. The fee is based upon the page count of the document being recorded. The state also assesses uniform transfer taxes and a mortgage recordation tax in all of its counties.

Certification Fee🔗

In Oklahoma, each residential real estate transaction is subject to a $5 certification fee.
