Which states does SettleWise accomodate?🔗

SettleWise is prepared to handle your closings in all 50 states, either through our direct licensure, or through our title partners.

SettleWise is directly licensed in the following states:

Can SettleWise accommodateMobile and RON Closings?🔗

SettleWise clients can schedule a mobile closing to meet the borrower wherever needed. SettleWise can also accommodate RON closings.

Who does SettleWise use for Underwriting and Attorney States?🔗

For underwriting, SettleWise uses First American. For attorney states, we use BC Law and SALG.

How long will it take?🔗

Standard Title turnaround Time is 72 hours. If it is not an attorney state, we can accommodate quick/same day closings as long as we have closing docs and a balanced CD.

For attorney states, we need a day to get it scheduled, as we need to get an attorney scheduled.
